56金厂始金矿的矿石特点和浮进工艺流程是什么?
金厂峪金矿是我国1966年建成投产的、处理石英脉含金黄铁矿矿石的大型黄金选治厂,技术指标教先进。选厂处理能力为1000t/d,采用浮选-氰化-冶炼工艺生产合质金。
(1)矿石特点
金厂峪金矿的矿石产自含金硫化矿床。主要金属矿物有黄铁矿、磁铁矿、褐铁矿、闪锌矿、自然金。其次为赤铁矿、黄铜矿、辉钥矿、少量的磁黄铁矿、斑铜矿、微量的方铅矿、辉铋矿、辉铜矿等。脉石矿物种类较多,也较复杂,其中主要有石英、碳酸盐类、斜长石、绢云母、绿泥石等十五种以上的矿物。自然金80%以上呈他形粒状,20%左右呈片状细粒状产出。自然金颗粒很细,一般在5~ 25pm,其中最小颗粒为0. 5pm,最大颗粒为30pum,主要产在黄铁矿中(约占58%),其次是产在石英中 (占35%左右),少量分布在辉铋矿、褐铁矿与石英接触处。
(2)工艺流程
其生产工艺流程采用浮选一氧化 工艺回收金,生产工艺流程见图4.4。
磨矿细度为-0. 074mm的颗粒占55%,浮选流程为一次粗选、二次精选、二次扫选。浮选得含金硫精矿,金回收率94%。浮选精矿浓缩脱药后经两段连续闭路磨矿,细度达一0.053mm的占99%,进而氰化作业。氰化采用两浸两洗锌粉置换流程。副产硫精矿。锌粉置换出的金泥熔炼得合质金,熔炼炉渣经球磨机磨细后用摇床回收金,渣再进行熔炼。
玲珑金矿 的矿石特点和浮选工艺流程是什么?
山东黄金集团玲珑金矿选矿厂始建于1938年,1967年改建成500t/d的规模,现实际生产能力为750t/d。
(1)矿石性质
玲珑矿区属裂隙充填含金石英脉矿床。矿体主要由含金石英脉、含金黄铁矿石英脉和含金黄铁绢英岩花岗岩等组成。矿石中主要金属矿物有黄铁矿、黄铜矿、银金矿和自然金等。脉石矿物主要有石英、斜长石、方解石、绢云母等。银金矿和自然金多呈细粒及点滴状产出,分布在黄铁矿、黄铜矿和石英的孔隙和边缘处。矿石密度2.75t/m3。

Jinchangyu Gold Mine is a large-scale gold processing plant built and put into operation in 1966 to treat gold bearing pyrite ore in quartz vein. The processing capacity of the concentrator is 1000t / D, and the process of flotation cyanidation smelting is used to produce gold.
(1) Ore characteristics
The ore of Jinchangyu Gold Mine is from gold bearing sulfide deposit. The main metal minerals are pyrite, magnetite, limonite, sphalerite and native gold. The second is hematite, chalcopyrite, pyroxene, a small amount of pyrrhotite, bornite, trace galena, bismuth, chalcocite, etc. There are more and more complex gangue minerals, including quartz, carbonate, plagioclase, sericite, chlorite and so on. More than 80% of native gold is allomorphic granular, and about 20% is flaky and fine-grained. Natural gold particles are very fine, generally 5 ~ 25pm, of which the smallest particle is 0.5pm and the largest particle is 30pum. It is mainly produced in pyrite (about 58%), followed by quartz (about 35%), and a small amount is distributed in the contact between bismuth, limonite and quartz.
(2) Process flow
Its production process adopts flotation oxidation process to recover gold. The production process flow is shown in Figure 4.4.
The grinding fineness of - 0.074mm particles accounted for 55%. The flotation process consisted of primary roughing, secondary cleaning and secondary scavenging. Gold bearing sulfur concentrate was obtained by flotation, and the gold recovery was 94%. After concentration and dephosphorization of flotation concentrate, 99% of them have fineness of - 0.053 mm after two-stage continuous closed-circuit grinding, and then cyanidation is carried out. The process of two leaching and two washing zinc powder replacement is adopted in cyanidation. By product sulfur concentrate. The gold slime replaced by zinc powder is melted to obtain gold. The smelting slag is ground by ball mill and recovered by shaking table. The slag is smelted again.

Linglong mining area is a fracture filling gold bearing quartz vein deposit. The ore body is mainly composed of auriferous quartz vein, gold bearing pyrite quartz vein and gold bearing pyrite sericite granite. The main metal minerals in the ore are pyrite, chalcopyrite, silver gold and native gold. Gangue minerals are mainly quartz, plagioclase, calcite, sericite, etc. Silver gold and native gold are mostly distributed in the pores and margins of pyrite, chalcopyrite and quartz. The ore density is 2.75t/m3.
